Emergency spare callbacks are prioritized when plant-down details are included.
Business review Monday to Friday. Stock items are normally answered within 4 business hours; OEM RFQs receive a full spec response within 5 business days.
A useful bearing inquiry is short but specific. Include the printed code from both sides of the bearing, any prefix or suffix, equipment type, shaft diameter, approximate speed, radial or axial load condition, lubrication method and whether the part is for emergency repair or scheduled maintenance. If the current bearing failed early, include photos of raceway marks, cage condition and surrounding seals. This helps the response distinguish direct Koyo catalog supply from a substitution that needs engineering caution. We avoid unsupported promises such as zero failure or lifetime service; the goal is to return a practical and documented recommendation.
For OEM projects, add expected annual quantity, drawing revision, preferred packing, country of final assembly and whether the bearing will be installed into a new design or used as an approved replacement. For MRO work, add the machine age, operating shift pattern and whether the same position has failed more than once. These details help us decide whether the request can be handled as a stock quote, a catalog confirmation or a deeper spec engineer review with JIS B 1518 and ISO 492 references.
Use the message field for bore, rpm, load, temperature, lubrication and annual quantity. A spec engineer will mark any missing data before quotation.
