These terms describe how Koyo Bearings quotation, catalog and engineering review requests are handled.

Quotation scope

Catalog references, availability notes and engineering comments are provided for sourcing support. Final installation responsibility remains with the equipment owner, installer or design authority. Any L10 life or fit discussion depends on the data supplied by the requester.

Use of documents

Datasheets, interchange notes and catalog extracts are supplied for evaluation and procurement. They may not be altered to imply certification beyond the documented product scope.

Orders

Lead time, packing, inspection records, payment terms and freight are confirmed in the formal quotation or invoice.
